Why We Avoid Strict Time-Based Billing:

• Predictable costs: Clients know their investment up front — no surprise invoices.  

• Better scheduling: Experts can plan work in advance without daily time-tracking distractions.

How Project-Based Works for IT Services:  

We use “credits” internally to schedule resources, but for clients, it’s straightforward:  

• Essential IT Support: Covers the equivalent of up to 20 hours/month, scheduled up to 5 hours/week.  

• Pro IT Support: Covers the equivalent of up to 40 hours/month, scheduled up to 10 hours/week.  

Unused time doesn’t roll over, but we work with you to plan projects so you get maximum value each month.
